Shipping 

• When you order a customized product from our store an additional production and assembly time is incurred.
• Such assembly times range from 2-4 weeks.
• We offer 'Rush Orders' for instances in which you may require your product sooner.
  • Rush orders cut production and assembly times from 4 to 2 weeks
    • This is dependant on our manufacturing's demand and capacity at time of order.

• Once assembly and product is complete, typical delivery times within Canada are 1-10 business days.

You will always be notified on the development of your purchase.

Returns 

• While we make every effort to accommodate our customers' needs, we are also committed to honoring the work of designers willing to tailor a product to individual specifications. Because this effort takes significant time and resources, requests for made-to-order products must be cancelled within 48 hours after placement of order.
• We cannot accept returns on made-to-order products.

Ceiling Drop Issues:

• Perhaps you misjudged the ceiling drop needed for your fixture. It happens, we understand.
• In such instances in which a customer may need a greater/shorter drop, we do supply them with adjustable kits depending on the fixture.
